Step 1

On the family tree below click the shape representing your aunt (your mother’s older sister). A small window will appear with the Northern Pomo phrase “she is my aunt.” Click the play button to hear the Northern Pomo phrase being said.

Step 2

Use the recording tool in the small window to practice saying the Northern Pomo phrase until you feel comfortable with pronouncing it.

Step 3

On Worksheet 11 write “she is my aunt” in Northern Pomo on the “she is my aunt” line.

Now do Steps 1, 2, and 3 for your other aunt (your mother’s younger sister) and for your uncle (your mother’s brother).
